Our Mission:

Our mission is to unite all youngsters, political parties, social worker, mother group, youth volunters, develop, promote and advance the Dhading tourism business people for economic and social enhancement.

Our Vision:

• Bring together all of the Dhading tourism people, local steak holders and political parties in order to find common ways to help each other through unity.
• To bring educational and development opportunities to the Dhading tourism people but more emphasizing northern belt people who are centuries backward economically, socially and culturally in order to improve the knowledge and economic opportunities to these mountain people.
• Discover ways to promote the work, businesses and products of the local people in order to bring about greater economic opportunities for all of them.
• Seek ways to advance the culture, character and financial enhancement for all local people through economic opportunities.
• Promote mountain tourism, pilgrimage tour and culture study/research trek/tour
• We are rich of culture and entire tour Dhading has mix culture of Gurung, Tamang, Dalit, Brahmin, Chepang etc.. and we will encourage local to alive their culture and will bring awareness program to respect each other's culture and work in brotherhood environment.

Our Values:

• The Gurung, Tamang and Dalit have long been a marginalized people living in the mountain regions of Nepal with very little economic opportunities. We believe that the time has come to unite for the peaceful purpose of bringing economic growth to our people by this tourism promotion slogan.
• The Gurung, Tamang as well as Dalit have long proven themselves as brave and loyal people, serving with distinction as members of the Ghurka military regiments. The Gurung people are a brave and proud people, who have proven their worth to society. We value those personal virtues which transcend generations and culture for the uplifting of all humankind.
• Those people have long suffered for lack of educational opportunities. We value education as a primary tool to success in all aspects of life and believe we can work together to create those opportunities in all stages of life that has been inculcated throughout the history of the Gurung people.
• We value working together for the common good, seeking to develop a united vision for the advancement of our people.
